I have only made two things from this book; the vanilla and red velvet cupcakes. Although, the cupcakes turned out to be on the sweeter side, the consistency and flavor were delicious. The next time around, I'm adding less sugar. Overall, I'd make these cupcakes again.

Nothing I made from this turned out. I have been baking gluten free for 2 years and have never had so many failures from one cook book. I would definitely give this one a pass!

I am astonished at how much sugar these recipes require. We will stick with eating fresh fruits.
