I found this superb. Great ideas. Thoughtful, data-driven stuff. The benefit of trying new management ideas at google is that new strategies can be tested with a subset of employees, which can be a very large number of people. Google has the skills and resources to set up experiments thoughtfully, and the sample sizes to tell when something has made a difference. So it's one of the best data-driven people-management books I've read. I recommend it.
