Opinion

Four friends, but only three cookies? That's not good. But this book is! I love Dan Santat's sense of humor and illustrations and, as an added bonus, this book includes math concepts. Recommended by Caitlin

Comment
Add a CommentThe problem and the solution were very good, but I have a low regard for a children's storybook entirely composed of yelling (!!) One character, or a small part of the dialogue, but NOT the whole book. The books we choose for our children's intake convey more than the plot.
I liked this book because it's funny. I like this book because it is about cookies. I think this book is fantastic. I like this book because it's awesome. - Isabelle age 7.
Cute story, fun to read and look at. Even sneaks in a math problem.
How do four friends share just three cookies? This easy-read tale will bring smiles while demonstrating some simple fractions, all hosted by Mo Willems' Elephant and Piggie.
