A unique concept involving ghosts, witches and the ability to give away or take time. It took me some getting use to the idea but the world building was quite complete for a short novella. As with her other books I have to read some sentences over because the writing is so thought provoking. I would recommend this to someone who doesn't mind a bit darker of a story with some action and an unusual look at who ghosts are and why they hang around.

I loved this book. Even though I was crying from the time I started reading it. If you've ever lost anyone unexpectedly, the characters in this book will speak to you. The author seems to have an affinity for ghosts, especially once you add in her books and stories about Rose Marshall.
