Whether you are vegan-curious, a brand new vegan, or a long-time vegan, if you are mom or have a family, you need to have this book! Great recipes, all that I've tried so far are fabulous! But more importantly, it's a great resource book for how to handle different situations - birthday parties, school lunches, holidays, etc.
