A huge disappointment after the first installment. Lots of special effects, but no magic to the story.

This movie is the second best Harry Potter movie yet! The detail is awesome and the actors do such a great job, Johnny Depp does a fantastic (no pun intended) job and Jude Law is an amazing Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore! There are a few flaws though, the addition of young Minerva McGonagall was not necessary and Queenie Goldstein was a bit weird, Tina was not included well enough. The addition of Nagini and Nicolas Flamel was very well thought out. Credence Barebone was very nicely added into the scheme of the movie (which mainly focused on getting to know who Credence was). The twist at the end of the movie could have ruined the whole movie or made it the best film of all time! We will have to see in the 3rd one!

I know there are skeptics out there that dislike this movie but I disagree! I like it and I liked the first one.....I feel this is an "adult" version of Harry Potter (not that I am not a huge fan of HP, which I am but the teen stuff you can only take so much of)
Also I never thought I would say this but I actually enjoyed Jude Law's performance as he pays homage to the Richard Harris version of Dumbledore (which of course is my favorite, not that I don't like Michael Gambon but how can you go wrong with someone that was King Arthur in Camelot??) I will say there are a few plot points that were just too much or not really needed but on the whole I enjoyed it and can't wait for the next installment!
And for those of you that just repeat an opinion that you heard someone else say, why not go see it and form one for yourself! And if you dislike it or like it, please keep your manners when you post.

Jacob: "Don’t say that."
Newt: "…your eyes in newsprint… See, in reality they have this effect in them, Tina… It’s like fire in water, in dark water. I’ve only ever seen that in-"
Tina: "Salamanders?"
