A funny movie with a heartwarming message.

This romantic drama is actually one of the better ones that I have seen, starring Jenny Slate and Jake Lacy. An immature woman must find a way to cope with her unexpected pregnancy after she has a one night stand. The movie was fairly honest about what that experience could feel like, and I felt like Jenny was the proper actress for that role. The humour was witty and smart, and the storyline wasn’t too boring or cheesy. I would rate this movie 4/5 stars as far as romantic movies go, and recommend it to those who can appreciate a good solo character.

Unfunny Jenny Slate gets a starring role in a " funny " movie about getting an abortion. Okkaaaay.
It's pretty disturbing when someone writes about abortion being a " non-issue " in a movie about abortion( I'm no moralist but it seems like a big decision to make to me ). You might want to reevaluate your life if you gave this " movie " a good rating- it's horrible. Don't waste your time on this piece of junk.

I have a rule that you should never watch movies if the title is taken from the title of a song. This is the only exception; a mix of heartfelt, wry, and gallows humour, where the protagonist has an abortion and; gasp! it doesn't completely ruin her life or send her straight to hell, kind of like in real life, away from the headlines. It's also short, which helps, because I think the story would have out-stayed it's welcome had it gone on for another 20 minutes.

I real surprise hit in our house.

Neither as funny or dramatic as I had hoped.

Jenny Slate is not funny- end of story. Movies should not be endorsed for ideological reasons ( ie. they were made by women, were about important issues ) if they stink- which this movie does in more ways than one. Avoid like the plague. 0 stars.

Awful movie- not funny in the least. Jenny Slate should get out of the business.

Brilliant. Wry. Funny. Best movie that includes abortion without making a huge deal about it.

Constantly seemed like they were trying really hard to be funny. The premise could have been a good movie, but feel pretty short.

Brave, funny, crude, original.
